The oldies here will remember that discussion used to be a lot more active, and as a moderator team we would certainly like to help to bring back that feeling.
We currently have TOS content on a variety of areas such as metagame discussion (with our shiny new subforum!), team building, DSI's, videos and general guides. So my question is - what other content would you like to see being provided on the forums? If you have any tips on what we can do better as a userbase, please share!
I'm fairly certain I stopped playing roughly 6 months into ToS' life (so about 4.5 years ago?). It felt like my only option at the time was slowly grinding to level up a Chinese Myth Beast team, which got repetitive very quickly. I picked the game back up around a month ago and find SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED! There's so much to do! The timing was also super convenient. I had some diamonds lying around so I spent everything on the Prologue of the Universe draws, and then used my All Max draw on Azathoth. I've been relying on dual Azathoth and Daoloth decks, but I'm not sure what else I can construct at the moment that's of comparable strength. Overheal and Heart shields are typically what stops me in my tracks, as well as light/dark resistance.
I'm only familiar with the two dragon Leader/Ally combos that I'm using. Am I sitting on anything else, or should I work toward anything in particular?
I'm sitting on 40 diamonds atm in prep for the Chinese New Year events, as well as 475 ancient tokens.
Thanks for any help!

Quote:5th Event: Diamond Seal Event “A Journey to Tianzhu”
Time: 15 Feb (Thur) 11:00 – 21 Feb (Wed) 23:59
“Sindhu” series returns to the Realm!
It’s a Diamond Seal with new 6-star Characters
(A) For every “10-Seal Card Draw” made, you can get a specific Monster (Skill Lv1) in the series.
The series includes:
“Sha Seng the Sand Fiend”
“Golden Horned & Silver Horned the Twins”
“Zhu Bajie the Heavenly Marshal”
“Lady White Bones the Deadly Skeleton”
“Spider Demon the Silk Cave Mistress”
(B) New System “Ancient Coin Trading”
Summoner can use Ancient Coins in exchange for Monsters of “Chinese Gods”!
Ancient Coin Seal will open again. Don’t miss the chance to get strong and limited Monsters.
Specific drawing machines include:
“Imperial Heroes”
“Diamond Seal”
* This event is only applicable to Diamond Seal Card Draw. Draws from the Rewards do not count
* 7-star Monsters of “Chinese Gods” can equip the Dragonware
I saved up around 150 diamonds awaiting this, so my question is, can we get iron fan and tsz out of this seal, or it is only ancient coin limited?
In other way by their words 10 draw will only give us 1 out of these new 5 sindhu as extra, but aside from that does drawing have a chance to get a black card among the 10 draws?
Most important question, is it worth going all in into this, doing 3 x 10 draws? (and 3-4 ancient coin draws first)
Or is it better to do 2 x 10 draws and save 50 for new series regardless what it will be?
I ask cause seeing this I am not all that thrilled, only new sindhu card that would benefit me is the light one, since she fits my daoloth team, others are comparably bad and can't fit into anything I use.
(If it helps I use KoF, Rose, Daoloth, Haza green team, Athena vr, Izanagi teams) - knowing this, only worthwhile card would be Iron Fan, and she seems to be limited to ancient coin, so chances are, these 10 draws would be a throwaway if she doesn't have a chance to appear there aside from ancient, right?
I only ask as all of this seems so bad for the investment, that I'm even thinking simply to skip this and do 10x draws for each new series instead where I have a chance of getting 1 rare leader and making more functional teams than wasting it all here for a chance at 1 super strong member card.
Guild war represents a turning point in the development of the game. It's a subtle shift which signals that MH has abandoned its prior strategy of game development.
At its heart TOS has always been a PvE (player versus environment) game. There are leaderboards and there have been various attempts to pit players against one another such as the now defunct multi-player and arena. All of those revolve around MH setting the rules and players then beating MH: which enemies you'll face, what their skills are, what team makes it easiest to complete the stage. While arena allows the player to set some cards, MH by dictacting which bonus cards are usable that week essentially controls which arenas will be easiest and hardest to clear. So throughout its development, the most challenging parts of the game are where players attempt to beat what MH sets up, not beating other players aside from leaderboards which offer no significant rewards.
With the introduction of guild war the balance shifts towards an overall PvP (player versus player) game where the stages themselves are relatively simple, 5-7 stages of moderately difficult enemies to control as much of the game board as possible. The current rewards structure is simplistic. I suspect it represents MH's attempt to playtest this new game mode without potentially upsetting a lot of players in case bugs were uncovered. The bland rewards (madheads, baby harpies) for the winning army don't represent enough of a distinction that anyone will really care whether they are in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place army. However, once this game mode has been debugged sufficiently it represents the opportunity to introduce unique rewards that will drive the collectors, whales and others who play intently to spend more diamonds and effort on winning the overall war.
In the current guild war it makes little sense to spend 20 stamina on a 4 stage battle when that same stamina can get you a 7 stage battle and therefore more personal and guild points for maximum rewards. The only reason to spend the stamina on smaller stages would be to win the overall war, but given the mediocre rewards there's limited incentive to do so currently. However, that's easily remedied once it matters who wins and who doesn't.
For example:
1st place army: Unique card that fits into current meta + harpy + madheads
2nd place army: Harpy + madheads
3rd place army: madheads + baby harpies
Suddenly winning does matter, especially if that unique card then confers an advantage such as 10% bonus points in the next guild war. At that point MH doesn't need to spend as much time on level design, the stages can be the same and it's just a matter of which players are willing to spend more stamina (diamonds) to control as much of the board as possible, potentially by coordinating with their guild members on which territory they plan on attacking that day, etc. It generates a whole new meta-game that could potentially increase player engagement amongst the most interested in this new game mode.
PvP games generate more revenue because in the end people want to win, especially over other people. It's just not as interesting to beat a computer. And with a pool of 5 years worth of players MH is probably gambling that a switch from PvE to PvP will generate enough whales that the drop off of the overall player base will be more than compensated by the increased spending of the remaining players.
This represent pure speculation but in the end MH is in it to make money.
Hi, I'm a returning player from years ago! Used to run a beast mono deck, wondering what's the meta now and what deck should I use since I don't have many new cards and everything seems to be powered up to a much higher level now!

I figured I'd make this thread since I wanna finish this transmigration, I think I can do it, and I'd like to hear everyone's experiences/strategies so far.
I got up to wave 35 with Rose - Daji - Shyplant - Yidhra - Maylily + Rose. The 98 round debuff killed me. I think I have a fair shot of going all the way with DW Daji and Cornflower (haven't cashed in my All Max yet, planning on getting him) swapped in for Maylily. Anyone got any tips for me?
This thread is for finding out how complete your seal draw collection is, and is inspired by a previous thread by Arigato. To make it easier for everyone to share, I have created a Google Sheets documents with all the necessary info, and all you need to do is fill in the blanks to indicate which cards you own and which cards you don't, in order to generate the image and some statistics.
The document itself is view-only, so first you have to make a copy of your own. File -> Make a copy...
In the "Card Input" sheet, fill in the corresponding slots with an "o" for cards that you own, and "x" for cards that you don't own.
In the "Display" sheet, all cards that you own will automatically be lighted up, while cards that you don't own will be grayed out. Here you can print screen and upload the picture. Tip: Download as pdf and print screen from there if the image can't all fit in your screen
In the "Statistics" sheet, you can find some basic statistics that you can copy and paste into this thread.
Optionally, you can also include your total no. of diamond seal draws in your reply (can be obtained in-game by clicking on your adjutant and selecting "Personal Record").
Youtube has recently updated their monetisation rules and in short, I need to reach 1000 subscribers in order to receive revenue from future videos.
My videos are currently "earning" around $1 per week, but it's only possible to cash out after hitting $100... which based on current trends, would have occurred in 8 months.
As you can see, the money is almost negligible, but it was a nice bonus I was looking forward to. If I don't hit 1000 subscribers then I can't cash out anything.
So if you've ever watched any of my videos and thought the content was helpful, I would really appreciate it if you would subscribe to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/savtower
With my current count being as low as it is, I don't expect to hit 1000 before the deadline, but any help you can provide would get me closer to the goal.
While I'm asking for help, a couple of follow-on questions:
1) What other TOS content would you like to see, which would make the videos on my channel more useful to you?
2) For those that don't want to subscribe, what would make you change your mind?
I'm disappointed that the mobs on the advanced stages have millions of HP... using dual Terry is not particularly safe =/
Info for all stages is on the wiki already (thanks to joetjef!)
I've cleared Earth and Light so far since they've been on bonus.
1, 2, 3) Stall CD, turn on Shakuro and Kyo skill 2
4) Poppy and spin through
5) Hep, grind through
5b) Kyo skill 1
6, 7, 8) Spin
9) Grind until you have enchanted water/fire/earth runes, then spin
9b) Turn on Fire Yan, spin
10, 11, 12, 13a, 13b) spin
14) Poppy to wait for board to unfreeze. Then max out Kyo skill 2 and stall until CD is restored.
When ready, burst with DC, preferably with one that ignores attribute weakness.
15a) Kyo and grind through
15b) Grind through, can use Poppy to help survive
Should have switched Shyplant for Fylgia. It seemed like the poison on the boss stage was bugged... either that or I just misinterpreted the skill.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5a, 5b, 6, 7) Spin through. Turn on Cactus and Paperwhite when ready
8) Spin away the board manually
9a) Cornflower and spin light/dark/heart
9b) Grind through, turn Cactus and Paperwhite back on when ready
10, 11, 12) Spin through
13a) Spin through, can use Cornflower or Sakura in emergency
13b, 14) Spin
15) The poison appeared to be bugged? I was expecting to die when I failed to burst down the fourth form. Spin through first three forms, then Cornflower and DC on fourth form.
With the Chinese New Year draw event just around the horizon, I just want one thing that's been bothering me for a long while now cleared up. Among the series in the regular diamond seal, do we have data on which series' cards are rarer in relation to other series? Rare as in chances of drawing are lower and not stars. For example, are the chances of drawing a monster from Primal Greek Gods higher than that of Revolutionary Heroes? I know that Chinese Gods are among the rarest cards in the game, but for the other series how do they fare against each other on this basis? I ask because I stumbled upon Blueeightnote's comment on the Wiki ranking each card
Diamond Draw: The best ones to run into are Chinese Gods, Companion Beasts, and Origin of Demons. The rest varies.
Chinese Gods: Not bad to run into due to rarity - Daji, Wukong, and Nezha are particularly great since they can still work today.
Primal Greek: Wait until they PR. I hope you don't run into one of the duplicates of them since they are very common.
Revolutionary Heroes: Wait until they PR (I guess?). Until then, the better ones are Florice, Rococo, and Yocto.
Origin of Demons: PR buffed them enough to be decent - Best ones are Beezelbub and Mastema.
Companion Beasts: Wait until they PR. Until then, still decent to run into due to rarity, but Pupuro and Haza are best ones. Copper Bullet is outclassed by Azathoth but still usable.
Sorry if this topic has already been covered before.
Just wanted some help with team building. On 7th seal at the moment with a yang jian team. What other good teams can I make with the cards I have that can do sm stages.
I have joined the infinite stream of audiovisual delight that is YouTube. I am a returning player like many others, starting over, and F2P. And I'm making low level game play videos as I become a stronger summoner! I've posted a few and working towards a 1-2 times a week posting schedule. I'll be talking through my game plays - about the monsters, the cards on my team, to the monsters or to myself.
If that sounds fun and informative, check it out! If you have any comments or suggestions, let me know!
I've been inactive for 2.5 years and recently my friend got me into it again saying a lot of new updates and asking me to draw the All Max Card before it expires.
Question at hand.
After VR, is refinement and divergence interchangeable ? or do I have to choose.
Thanks for taking your time to read this guys. and i may be posting a few more questions in the coming days, if i have any more queries.
Not fully back, but slowly reading up what I was missing.
Ps : I read Babylon gods are trash even PR ..
Edit : Need advise on the new drawing card mechanism. Black cards ? Ancient coins ?
Edit 2 : What is Dragonware
Hello saviors,
I would like to ask what team should i develop next.
Here is my solid team now. I'm able to pass ultimate without diamond but hard to pass nightmare
As per the Diamond Seal Event 『A Journey to Tianzhu』is in run, this morning i was spend my dimes and get a lot of monster.
And for the ancient draw, i really lucky to draw
- 1st draw : atlantis on my first draw (this is really my first draw on ancient coin due to start again at december while absent around 3 years)
- 2nd draw : opiuchus
- 3rd draw : rakshasa
Really lucky for me
Because of that, i really lost for now, because i still save Your 5-Year-Draw All Max
I really need advice what move should i do next?
What team should i focus with my card and also with my Your 5-Year-Draw All Max?
I was gonna try to build (invest) barbara team as i already has panda, medusa mufasa, byakhee and nidhogg.
But now i'm not sure which team should i build?
and also I was trying to draw circe with my 5-Year-Draw, but in doubt because of opiuchus and atlantis
I'm a returning player that never really got into the game until just recently, and I'm looking for any recommended teams that I could build on based off of what I have. I currently am using Sun Ce as a water team, but I'm not as knowledgeable about the synergy between certain cards since I haven't played in a long time. I'm open to trying any decent combination, I just am a bit overwhelmed by all of these combinations as a newish player.

Hello summoners, this time I bring you a definitve guide to cover most of the game features and what to do on early and late levels with the resources you collect in game. If you are a returning player you might be able to skip some of the content based on your current level and the amount of time you left the game. If you are a newbie this guide will describe you all the in game features and link you to other relevant guides and links.
Author Introduction:
I'm a gamer from Valencia, Venezuela. I play TOS since April of 2014 and have never stopped the game ever since. Currently I'm around lvl 350~ with 1350~ login days. My guild is Guild of Saviors from which I'm the Leader. And I'm administrator at the Tower of Saviors EN Discord server, and partner of TOS Obervatory News tracker and translation page. I love this game way too much, my wish is that the community for the English version gets bigger and better, and that is why I've been dedicating so much of my free time on writing other guides for the game like my meta analysis and your all max reward guide. I'm also active dropping comments on the Wikia discussions and on the Facebook groups on which I have to use my real name (Alvaro Benavides).
1. Resources:
In the past basic resources were not as relevant as now, we currently have lots of features and stuff to do in game that you need to plan ahead how to spend everything, or otherwise you might get stucked waiting for days to recover and be able to accomplish a single card evolution.
1.1 Basic and currency:
Diamonds
The magic and precious stones are the premium currency of this game, you can get them from different types of rewards and daily login. The most important use for this resource on early game is to draw cards from the seals, you can skip to section 4 to read my advices on how to spend diamonds on summon as a F2P player.
Gold
The common currency of the realm has a lot of uses: you can recruit mercenaries, purchase stuff from the Trade Fortress, stages from Lost Relic Pass, refresh the arena, and pay for evolution and level up cost. Usually you will receive millions of gold from rewards but that money can vanish on a blink if you are maxing cards in the wrong way or refreshing arena constantly.
Black Keys
This are important because it's the easiest way to get PR/VR Mats, you will also be able to get materials of every single type, including harpy. You can get them from completing daily guild rewards.
Inventory
You will be in need of expanding your inventory which will delay the amount of cards you can hold at the same time. Personally I still have 500 inventory and that is because someone expanded my inventory twice without consulting me. I don't keep event cards that I won't be maxing at the time, specially if they are regular and they are returning eventually. If you are a returning player please go to settings on top right, then press store materials, and all those lvl up and evolution mats will be moved to the material inventory which is unlimited.
Friend Slots
You will need to get friends with relevant adjutants for your teams, using your friends provide more friend points than using adventurers, and using the adjutants provided by fellow guild members or mercenaries doesn't grant any points.
Friend Points
Usually one of the most annoying things to collect if you don't have a relevant jackpot card. By doing a 10-pull draw from the Friend Point Seal you will be able to get 1 guaranteed Baby Harpy. Since now there are better ways to get Baby Harpy, you are better saving those points until Madhead decided to bring the event with increased draw rate for them. You can get around 4-6 Baby harpy from a 10-pull when that event is on.
Another relevant thing from Friend Point Seal is obtaning the Protagonists/Starters, their Boundary Breaking skill fits most of the teams in the game and is a problem solver for most players that struggle against skills like Quintet Elemental Shield, Puzzle Shield, 7≥ Combo EX, etc.
1.2 Material:
Level up materials
Currently there are 5 types of level up materials, one more efficient than the other. Using materials of the same attributes as the target card grants the double amount of EXP.
Level 15 Witches and Elf: this usually drop on some regular stages and events, they are also nice to drop at guild missions.
Mobs related to the series: sometimes a specific card series have some mobs related to them that grant an additional EXP on top and have some minor chance for increased for brilliant and perfect Level up. Some of this mobs are the Greek Daemons, Celestial Devotees, Imperial Soldiers, and Nameless Soldiers there are many more so I do recommend to check if there is one for the series you are maxing.
Soulstones: The most classic and traditional level up material that comes in many different sizes, crafted by the Elf queen with the souls of the summoners that never returned again to the game. They are a common reward by daily missions, yet some players only use them to feed KFC.
Plump Precious Beasts / KFC: One of the most effective methods for level up, use 8 of them and 2 Madhead's and you will be able to max almost any card. They are known as KFC because the first card of this type released was the Dagger Wielder chicken.
Yummy Alpacas: Madhead thinks that KFC are bad design because they need to be maxed to grant the total exp and can't be moved to the material inventory. Then they released this oblivious cards that grant almost the same amount of experience but without the feeding requirement, and also have an increased chance for brilliant and level up results. Honestly, they could have changed KFC max lvl to 1 and allow us to move them to material inventory #thisisnotmetathreadoripls.
Skill level
Honestly this part is lenghty so I would rather recommend you to read Fauxy updated guide about this. In short my best recommendation for cards without feeders is 14 Baby Harpy + 4 harpy.
Souls and Amelioration
The saddest item on the inventory. They are used on the amelioration system which consist on unlocking 4 passive skills for a specific card, every stage of the passive skills requires you to pass a challenge stage. Souls usually can be obtained by clearing Day of souls event, or decomposing dupe cards from the seal.
Dragonary Core and Essence
Dragonary Cores are dropped on Crafting Day every Wednesday and Friday. Essence are made from Cores and then you can proceed to build your custom Dragonary Craft.
2. Game progession
2.1 From Level 1 to 150
First of all if you just joined or you are just returning without having advancing too much in the past go to the Lost Relic and look for the Crash Course - EXP Stage, this level will grant you a lot of experience, and drop 3 Soulstones of random attribute per run. You can jump from tutorial to lvl 150 in less than 90 minutes of repeating the stage over and over again. You will end up with enough Soulstones to max all the cards you get for the next 3 months lol, and you will get all the level up rewards.
2.2 Lost Relic Pass (optional)
Most of the basic utility cards in the game can be obtained here, so before heading to clear everything after Diablo on the 4th seal onwards you might want to stop here and farm some of the older and basic cards like Medusa, Urd, Idun, and Brynhildr. Many guides of the seal will refer to cards that can be obtained here so keep it in mind.
2.3 Now what to do?
Main stages If you did just from 1 to 150 as I said you can start clearing the 5 isles until you reach the Tower again to fight the next seal boss, this will be the same routine but everytime harder than before. My recommendation is that if you picked Molly starter (which you should have because she was the only Waifu choice), after you clear the First Seal you will receive Dreamer Matthew, which is probably one of the best early game leaders you can get, pair him along with Molly and other water cards you get from rewards and use an Atlantis Adjutant and you will be clearing everything way too fast. If you didn't pick Molly (lame) you will have to get some other water cards to fill the Matthew+Atlantis team.
That team will be effective until somewhere around 7th seal, from that point you will start to be in need of real teams and a lot of the cards from Lost Relic Pass. You can read this forums or visit the Discord server for more guides about specific stages and ask for team building help.
Story mode
This stages are easy 5 diamonds grab, but after a while they might offer some good stuff, and you will be visiten them periodically to get relics for the daily guild missions, and some specific materials for evolution. I would recommend to try to clear them in their release order. Clearing the extras grant additional rewards, so be sure to check the Wikia to see if you are strong enough to challenge those.
Void of the realm
This are more like gaiden episodes with a stronger focus on the RPG side of TOS. This stages are available after the 7th seal, but actually they were released after the 9th seal, so yes you can expect them to be a lot harder. Clearing the stories will grant you a lot of valuable rewards and you will know the story of some important characters of the TOS lore.
This stages also have exclusive enemy skills and the fact that enemies will also have attribute advantage against the cards on your team. Most of the stages also have mobs with high damage (around 15k) and no spare rounds to stall.
2.4 Relevant events
From time to time you will have to stop advancing in the story and focus on events to get Boss cards like Odin and the likes, they are also part of the game progression.
Bi-weekly
This are stages that are available for two weeks and most of the time offer 5~6* characters that you can farm. The stages have achievements that grants extra rewards and you can compete with your friends to see who is on top of the leaderboard on clearing speed and damage. Most of the cards released here are questionable choices, but some other are very important additions that can save you when Madhead decided to troll with overheal shield on a stage tailored for greek teams, or something like that.
Ultimate / Nightmare / Horror
This stages come every friday until Sunday, just like bi-weekly you can compete here for achievements and leaderboard. Most of the boss cards are actually useful but you I would recommend you to ask around the forums or Discord if the card is worthy to farm or relevant for the teams you have right now.
The main difference from Ultimate to Nightmare, is that most of the time Nightmare comes when a Boss gets it's Power Release, but in some cases they are straight Nightmare because the stage is challenging enough and the Boss is a card that is already powerful without evolution.
Horror stages are different because they are focused on a grading system that grants additional rewards.
Coliseum and Joint Operation
The main difference from Coliseum to Joint Operation is that you don't need your guild members to clear it and it consumes stamina instead of spirit. The mechanics and encounters of the stage are quite similar as well as the rewards given. The cards can be questionable so you should ask about them if you are not too sure, specially when farming Coliseum becuse it can be resource intensive while JO is limited and more forgiving.
Guild Event
Once every patch there will be an event that drops a lot of goodies, and by repeating it over and over again your fellow guild members will need to fill the achievements of a bingo-styled board to complete all the rewards. I highly recommend not to skip this. Most of the reward cards are thrash sadly.
Guild War
A super bad move by Madhead in this patch, the system is lame, way too resource intensive and demands a lot of attention. Totally not worth to do.
3. About Arena
Since Summoner League racing mode was too bad and most of the time nobody played because of hackers and the roulette, Madhead decided to create a system that allows player to fight and conquer other player-created stages. This mode can feel like a total chore, since you will be running the cards that are boosted on given time instead of playing a team of your choice. I would recommend you to read the Wikia article so you get to know all the rewards that you can get from Arena weekly ranking, grades, and level. Personally I keep an alarm that reminds me to not forget to play this everyday because I stay at legend and get extra 8 diamonds every week.
4. About card seals, team building and meta
In the past the Diamond Seal used to be a huge pool with all the series mixed together, so the likelihood of getting dupes was too high, to solve this, Madhead started to bring Exclusive Seals that rotate on every patch and they are later added for a short period to the regular pool of the Diamond Seal, you can see all the seals and contents of the pool on the Wikia.
Then over duration of that patch you will see that the Ultimate stages are tailored to be passed with cards introduced in this version, either from the seal or Power Release/Virtual Rebirth cards. You can use some alternative teams that can accomplish the same but not with the same handicap. In this case is where players start to rant that old content doesn't help at all, but that doesn't mean that the tailored stages are not coming back, so you can prepare stronger teams for the next time they return.
You will also see a lot of people pointing different points of view on what is the best on team building and what is most efficient on the current meta, that is why the team building forums have become so valuable right now for new and returning players alike, and also the reason why the meta forum and my meta analysis thread were created.
After some time Madhead will also introduce a Black card, which is a 7* card with powerful effects, most players will break the piggy bank here since this cards are way too strong and have a lot of utility built-in unlike regular leaders.
Personally I like to plan ahead on what I'm focusing to build and draw when I see something I like. Usually having 100 diamonds for the increased rate of rare cards from the current rotating seal which happens on the second Friday of every patch will net me 1 of the rares.
5. Understanding all the phases of a card
Rarity
This are the little diamonds that appear along with the title of a card, in most text this is addressed with #*. Black diamonds means that the card rarity can be increased by evolution or some other method.
Evolution
After a card reaches it's max level it should be able to go for the evolution, in this phase it's very like that it's skill will change to a new one so be sure to check if the card has a skill feeder that match with it. Since version 14.3 evolution branches were introduced and now a card will have multiple evolution routes, and it will depend on you to decide what is better.
Power Release
After evolution some cards are able to go for Power Release, in this mode you will have to use very rare materials that can be obtained on the guild black hole or some events. To obtain the power release you will have to clear a challenge stage similar to ameliorations.
Virtual Rebirth
This mode is an improvement over the Power Release, the cards can get to this mode by using even more rare materials or a dupe of any rarity (except VR). Once you obtain the Virtual Rebirth, your card will be able to alternate it's power on the inventory UI, changing between the Refinement mode which is meant to be used as leader with major improvements, or the Divergence mode which is meant to be used as member with a strong skill. You can differentiate both checking the question mark on top right of the card, or simply as the fact that Divergence mode uses a different artwork than the power release version. Here in the forums people use OVR and NVR abbreviature, but I actually like to use the official names.
Awakening Recall
Right now this mode is only available for the 12 Zodiacs, and it's speculated that will be available only for series that have their own story mode. The awakening recall is actually an unlock of a major passive skill that can be triggered on different ways based on the card, and increases all the stats by 10%. The most popular AR out there is the one from Pollux, which allows him to increase his attack to the max x6 permanently during the battle every time you dissolve a group of 5 or more heart runestones, since this effect can't be reset by cd/stat reset, players have been trying all sort of teams around him.
Dragonware
This is actually a special dragonary craft to be used on the slot of a specific card, it grant some skills similar to those from ameliorations and also increases the stats by 10%, to create a Dragonware you need a 5* dupe of the card you want to forge the dragonware for, and 2 silver seals, which currently are way too rare obtained via some events, achievements and promotions.
5.1 Oriceles method for maxing cards
I used to think that my record of maxed cards was low, but then after sharing it on Discord people told me that I have many maxed cards. As mentioned above already I got for 14 baby harpy + 4 harpy on most of the skill level 12 cards if they doesn't have a feeder mob or mob+dupe method. So, the rest of my method goes simply like this:
Max the card skill before evolve if possible
Do evolution to 6*
Proceed to do all the amelioration, if it is too hard then...
Proceed to Power Release... and clear the amelioration I was stuck in.
If applicable then go for virtual rebirth using a dupe if possible.
I try to max at least 1 card per week, and it's not that hard since most of the cards doesn't need harpy anymore.
6. About Dragonarycraftt forging
I'm pretty sure that there are some more updated guides about this, specially since the system got revamped entirely somewhere around version 13 if I recall correctly. On TOS Observatory there was also a table with all the possible results but since I don't have anything of that availanle right now I'll leave here a link to Arigato Dragonary Craft forging guide for version 11.1. You should also keep in mind that Dragonarycraft forging is not something that is recommended to do early, it is resource intensive and takes a lot of RNG to get the desired results.
